Songline is a tool to help you plan and enjoy your rides. It is not a substitute for your own judgment, attention, or safe riding.

By using Songline, you understand and agree that:

• You are 18 or older. Songline is only for adults. By signing, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.
• Motorcycling is inherently dangerous. Riding carries serious risks including injury and death. You accept all of these risks when you ride.
• You are responsible for how you ride. Always obey traffic laws, ride within your abilities, and keep your full attention on the road.
• You decide when it's safe to interact with the app. Any interaction with Songline while riding — including creating notes — is your responsibility. Only interact with the app when and how you can do so safely and legally, based on your own judgment, your riding conditions, and the laws where you ride.
• Routes and road information may be wrong. Maps, directions, road conditions, and user-submitted notes can be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Always trust what you actually see on the road over what the app tells you.
• This is beta software. Features may be incomplete, buggy, or change without notice. Don't rely on Songline as your only source of navigation or safety information.
• Songline is not responsible for what happens on your ride. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any accident, injury, damage, or loss that results from your use of the app or your decision to ride.
